1. Navigate to Benchmarking.

2. Click Job Matcher.

3. To search for an Internal Job to match, utilize the filters located on the left side of the screen. In this example, select the Job Title filter to narrow down your search.

4. Select the specific job you want to match from the filtered results.

5. Click on the AI Matching option.

6. AI suggested survey jobs that match your selected internal job will appear on the right side of the screen.

7. For each suggestion, click on the down arrow to expand and view the job description.

8. The job description will appear below the job details.

9. Once you find a suitable match, click on Accept to confirm your choice.

10. You can now view all your saved matches by selecting the View Matches option.

11. The saved matches will appear on the right side of the screen.
