1. Navigate to Benchmarking.

2. Click on Pricing Project.

3. Select the project to create job families for.

4. Navigate to Job Architecture

5. Click on Add + located on the column to the right of Job Family.

6. Input the name of the Job Family. You can create your own name or choose from AI-suggested job families.

7. If using an AI Suggested name, select the Job Family from the dropdown options.

8. Add jobs to the job family. You can select jobs individually or select jobs based on the AI Suggestion in the next step.

9. To filter jobs by the AI Suggestion, click on the AI Suggestion filter.

10. Deselect all job families.

11. Select the specific job family to assign jobs to.

12. Select the jobs individually that you want to add to the selected job family or select them in bulk in the next step.

13. Select all jobs in the job family by selecting the Select All option on the header row.

14. Click the Save button to save the addition of jobs to the new job family.

15. To create more job families, hover to the right of the table and click on the plus sign. Repeat steps 6-14.

16. Verify that the job families have been created and the selected jobs have been assigned to them.
