1. Navigate to Benchmarking.
2. Click on Pricing Project.
3. Select the project to create Job Functions for.
4. Navigate to Job Architecture
5. Hover over the job family where you want to add a job function. Click the plus sign (+) to add a new job function.
6. Enter the name of the job function.
7. Select the jobs that will be included in this job function.
8. Click Save to save the job function.
9. After saving, check to ensure the job function has been successfully added to the job family.
10. To add another job function, hover over the right side of the table. Click the plus sign (+) again. Repeat steps 6-8.
11. After saving, check to ensure the job functions have been successfully added to the job family.
