How to Assign a Job Level from the Job Catalog

This article provides a step by step guide on how to assign a job level from the Job Catalog to ensure roles are appropriately classified in your organization.

1. Navigate to Benchmarking.

2. Click Job Catalog.

3. To assign a job to a level, click on the three-dot menu of the specific job.

4. Click Job Insights.

5. Click on the Job Level drop down menu.

6. Select the job level to assign the job to.

7. Click Save to save the changes.

8. Verify that the job has been assigned the job level on the Job Catalog.
