How to Create a Job

This article provides the step by step guide on how to create a job in the system.

1. Navigate to Benchmarking.

2. Click Job Catalog.

3. Click on the Create a Job button.

4. Enter the job title in the designated field.

5. If necessary, fill in other job details. Examples: Years of Experience or Job Code.

6. To add a job description, click on Edit.

7. Type in the job description.

8. Click Save Job to save your changes.

9. To continue with Matching and Pricing the job, click Match and Price button. Otherwise, click Will Do Later.
