1. Navigate to Benchmarking.

2. Click on Pricing Project.

3. Select the project to set market targets for.

4. On the Jobs & Matches tab, click on Set Parameters

5. To select a survey to assign a market target to, click on the market data provider dropdown.

6. Select the survey from the market data provider dropdown

7. To select the type of compensation for which you want to set the market target, click on the Compensation Type dropdown.

8. Select the Compensation Type from the dropdown menu.

9. To select the market target you wish to set, click on the Market Target dropdown.

10. Select the Market Target.

11. If you want to replace existing market targets, select the Overwrite option.

12. Click Assign to apply the changes.

13. Two success messages will appear.

14. Click Save to save the changes.

15. Click Confirm to finalize the settings.

16. Verify on the Basepay Target Name column that the market targets have been successfully assigned to the jobs.
